The Internet is already changing the way that many companies conduct
their business. As that influence grows, more customer-centric companies
are using the Internet to provide new/better service to their customer
(eg. eBanking). The possibilities of providing customer services on
the Internet will expand greatly, and become more of a routine part
of commerce than it is today.
Internet could be best applied in MLM business, which is also a service
industry, to provide better customer service and improve the communication
among staff, distributors and the company. To the company, the eServices
will serves as a competitive weapon and another way to promote company's
image; to the distributors, this is a new way to conduct their MLM
businesses using Information Technology.
